All our devices are graded by our quality control team before listing. Use this guide to understand what each grade means so you can choose the right condition for you.
A
Grade A
Excellent — Like New
- Minimal to no signs of wear
- Screen free from scratches and marks
- Body in near-perfect condition
- All functions fully working
- May not include original box or accessories
B
Grade B
Good — Light Use
- Light scratches on screen or body (not visible when on)
- No cracks or deep marks
- All functions fully working
- Battery health typically 80% or above
- Does not include original accessories
C
Grade C
Fair — Visible Wear
- Noticeable scratches or scuffs on screen or body
- No cracks to the screen
- All core functions fully working
- Battery health may be lower — clearly stated in listing
- Cosmetic wear does not affect usability
D
Grade D
Poor — Heavy Wear
- Heavy scratches, dents or marks visible
- May have cracked back glass (screen intact)
- All core functions working
- Ideal for budget buyers or spare/repair use
- Condition clearly described per listing
